Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.com or in person at the box office, Hard II Knock Shoppe, Black Owned Store and Exclusive Wear during regular hours of business.

Q: Does the venue offer parking?
A: Free Parking is available on the streets adjacent to the venue. There is also a parking lot located on E 12 th and Sycamore St.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Unless otherwise noted, all events are 18 and older, with some being restricted to 21+. Please check the specific event to verify age requirements.
Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A: We are wheelchair accessible. Please contact box office if you need assistance the day of the event at 513-421-5483.
Q: Is there food available?
A: A limited menu is available in designated areas.
Q: Can I take pictures?
A: No flash photography or professional equipment allowed. Please note some artists may their own policies.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: There is no strict dress code enforced. However, entry can be subject to the door staff’s discretion.

Q: What is the seating policy?
A: All general admission tickets are standing-room only for all events.
Limited seating is available with VIP ticket or table reservations. VIP tickets can be purchased at the box office, through Ticketmaster.com, or available retailers.
Tables can be pre-purchased in person at the venue or day of the event based on availability. Please contact (502) 615-1820 for more information on table reservations. We are only able to seat complete parties.
